How do I resolve Dstv, Gotv, Startimes issues?

For any GOtv, DStv, Startimes activation but cannot view, kindly advise the customer to leave their decoder ON while it is being activated and if it was OFF while subscribing, they should please switch off the decoder and ON again for viewing. If after that customer cannot view, you may then send the screenshot to support for prompt resolution.
