What do I do if I have a Chargeback situation?

Kindly fill the Chargeback form on the APP, by clicking on POS terminal, scroll down to “need help”.
Please click on the option - POS transaction failed but my customer was debited,please fill the required fields on the form. Once you fill the form and click Submit , the issue has been logged , Resolution takes 72 working hours(3 working days) .
